Bushel, half bushel, peck, gallon, half gallon, quart, pint, half pint, gill, half gill and quarter gill; peck measure is numbered 1264; 1/4 gill is an 1879 addition to the set numbered 1268 and in addition to COUNTY OF AYR, inscribed No.3 DISTRICT (the quarter gill was a new measure introduced in 1879) with beveled glass tops to enable stacked display
