(4.6mm to 5.0mm) centering a platinum pendant set with a brilliant cut diamond (approx. 1.45ct.) encircled by 8 pear cut diamonds (approx. 1.80ct.t.w.) and an old European cut diamond (approx. 0.85ct.); decorated with small marquis cut sapphires, emeralds and rubies; and completed with a platinum clasp set with 10 small brilliant cut diamonds
