ALICE’S ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND (FOLIO WITH 13 WORKS), 1969 [FIELD 69-5, M7L 321-333]

by Lewis Carroll, Maecenaes Press, Random House, New York, 1969, in Publisher’s original cardboard shipping box, stamped: “Random House Inc., Westminster, Maryland/Random House Canada Ltd., Toronto” with blue printed lettered spine: “Dali Alice” and numbered “1598” in black felt marker. Containing one etching printed in colours (the title-page) and 12 heliogravures, the etching signed in the plate, the opposite title-page signed by Dali in pencil, this being numbered “1598” (of the 2500 copies) on the box exterior. Published in a white linen hardcover case with tan morocco spine and draw strings.
Overall 18.5" x 13.5" — 47 x 34.3 cm.
