CONDITION DETAILS

-the consignor is a cousin of Fortin and received the work directly from the artist

-the watercolour is in very good condition
-the colours are strong and fresh (no fading)
-there is a small water-based stain, with a brown fleck in its centre, located left of centre in the sky (slightly above the horizon) - two images of this mark are attached
-there are two numbers on the reverse of the work: -"541-NC" written in pencil horizontally in the upper right corner of the reverse side
