report written two days after the Battle of Lundy’s Lane onboard His Majestys Sloop Star at York Harbour informing of Lieutenant General Drummond’s desire to cross the Niagara with the 89th regiment, referencing maneuvers of the ships Netley, Magnet and Charwell, ‘Colonel Tucker to drive the enemy out of Lewiston’ and taking the wounded back to York: “These brave fellows came out of the Hospitals, and requested me to carry them over to join their Gallant Comrades.” on laid paper watermark dated 1813
